  I must admit I was unsure of the merits of Reiki & Reflexology, at first.
  I doubted that such therapies could successfully assist me in easing pain & rediscovering ranges of movement that constant martial arts training had caused to become restricted.
  That said, I was desperate to find natural, non-harmful & non-evasive solutions to these issues & so took the recommendation to try the holistic approach. A decision, I will never regret...one which quite simply transformed my quality of life.
  Miriam, was exceptionally professional, dare I say 'clinical' in her approach. After consultation, a plan was put in place to treat my issues.
  Even after having reservations, I soon found myself in an utterly relaxed state. It is a kind of relaxation that I had never known previously - one that for that alone, would have been worth the cost of the therapy.
  That is only a small part of my level of satisfaction however.
  Even after the first therapy I felt significant gains in my movement & reductions to my aches & pains.
  Continued treatments have followed & I can only suggest that without these, I'd either have spent long periods inactive due to injury or that I'd be utterly hooked on prescription only strengthed painkillers by now & frustrated at the NHS's hesitancy to provide, or, lack of available resources to treat my continued physical conditions.
  I have been utterly convinced by the merits of holistic therapies & thanks to Òptim, I have found them to not only to provide positive physical gains but a very profoundly positive affect on my mind, my concentration & relaxation levels are much improved & even my overall outlook on life is more positive than it was before.
  As a previously genuine cynic in regard of these therapies, I can only marvel at how wrong I actually was on that account, yet, how right my decision to schedule an appointment with Òptim turned out to be.
  You have nothing to lose, as I said, the relaxation aspect of the therapies cannot be underestimated. Living in such stressful times, I think we can all agree that genuine relaxation is something we strive for & that we can't put a price on...when in truth you can & it really doesn't cost as much as you'd think either.
  Òptim, I can't recommend highly enough to anyone.
